By accessing or using NerdTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

NerdTools provides web-based domain diagnostics, public result pages, developer APIs, an MCP server, account features and optional paid subscription access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use NerdTools only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use our tools to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Scan domains or IPs without proper authorization
• Attempt to overload or abuse our infrastructure
• Use automation outside the documented API or MCP interfaces, bypass quotas, or make requests beyond your plan limits
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

No Warranty

NerdTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results. Use the information at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

NerdTools shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled and can be managed from the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact us promptly about billing errors or refund requests; any refund is assessed under applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the request.

API Keys and Quotas

You are responsible for keeping API keys secure and for activity performed with them. Limits are measured according to the plan shown in your account. We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke access when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms or investigate abuse.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of NerdTools after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
