URL Shortener

Why isn't my short link working?

If your short link isn't working, here are some things to check.

Link expired (guest links)

Guest links expire after 30 days of inactivity. If no one accessed the link during that time, it's been deleted. Create a new short link instead.

Link was deleted

If you deleted the link from your dashboard, it's permanently removed and can't be restored.

Typo in the URL

Double-check the short link for typos. Short codes are case-sensitive.

Destination site is down

The short link redirects to your destination URL. If the destination site is down or has moved, the redirect will still work but the final page won't load.

Invalid destination URL

If the original URL you shortened was invalid or has since been taken down, the redirect will fail at the destination.

Need a new link?

If your link has expired or been deleted, simply create a new short link for your URL. Sign in first if you want the link to be permanent.
