Making your uptime monitor publicly visible

You can share your uptime statistics publicly, useful for status pages or transparency with customers.

Public vs Private

  • Private — Only visible when logged into your account. Default setting.
  • Public — Accessible via a shareable URL without login.

Enabling public visibility

  1. Open your uptime monitor's settings.
  2. Find the visibility setting.
  3. Change from Private to Public.
  4. Save your settings.
  5. Copy the public URL to share.

What's shown publicly

The public view displays:

  • Current status (up/down)
  • Availability percentages
  • Response time statistics
  • Recent uptime history

What's hidden

Sensitive details are not shown publicly:

  • Your account information
  • Alert settings and email addresses
  • Detailed error messages
  • Configuration settings
